Synthesizing Branched Polymers with Uniform Structure in Confined Space


This patent pending invention is a novel method for the synthesis of polymers useful in the delivery of DNA or siRNA elements and other such applications where it is useful to know precisely branch configuration.  The polymerization technique is capable of producing hyperbranched polymers with regulated and exact size control.  Random polymer interactions are prevented leading to higher quality polymers with greater transfer efficiencies and similar toxicity as compared to current industry leading products.
