Hypersensitive Molecule Sensing by Dynamic Assembly of Nanoparitcles in Conic Nanopores (DANCON)

Description:
A sensitive and low cost platform for nucleic acid, protein and chemical sensing utilizing functionalized nanoparticles within a nanopipette environment.  Detection of particles or aggregates of particles can be conducted optically, electrically, or through plasmon based techniques.
