Malley-Derivative Sensor and Probe

Description:

With a single non-intrusive instrument, wavefront derivatives and wavefront convective velocities can be measured directly; and these can be combined to yield Optical Path Difference (OPD) as a function of time. The Malley-Probe is very useful if you need to :

  • Perform measurement of a fluid in a not friendly environment (Hypersonic, water)
  • Measure the temperature of a flow over a body
  • Measure the velocity inside the boundary layer in air or liquid
  • Measure mixing related parameters       
  • Measure turbulent related parameters
  • Determine the level of mixing compounds in a chemical reaction
