Cosite Transmission for Analog RF Isolation


A method of providing significant radio frequency signal isolation between cosite transmitter and receiver systems has been developed by researchers at the University of Notre Dame. The invention adaptively achieves a wide-band null between the transmit and receive antenna systems, mitigating direct path and multipath signals that impact RF isolation.  By using a unique sub-band processing architecture that also involves feedback, full-duplex operation with cosite transmit and receive antennae is facilitated
